Custom Hardware definition
Custom Hardware means all hardware assembled or manufactured to meet Client specifications and supplied to the Client by Paradigm pursuant to the Agreement to which this Addendum B is attached.
Custom Hardware means hardware platforms that are not commonly stocked and supported by INAP and specifically identified as Custom Hardware on an Order. INAP will use commercially reasonable efforts to replace Custom Hardware on a best effort basis by an INAP support engineer.

In the event MRS Services are not provided in accordance with the foregoing Service Level during any month of the Order Term, INAP will provide a credit of 5% of the portion of the MRC specified in the Order for each affected device for each 48-hour increment of downtime beyond the initial one hour from problem identification, up to 100% of such portion of the MRC for the affected device.
