Examples of Custom Project in a sentence

  • The estimated amount of such incentive for each Custom Project is identified in the project appendix to the approved Application for that project and will be the maximum amount payable in respect of each such project.

  • To the extent that Sigma requests delivery of, and Sangamo agrees to supply, Custom Project Deliverables for more than [***], Sigma shall pay $[***] for each Custom Project Deliverable above such limit.

  • The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Custom Project is with you.

  • The Custom Project described above shall be located in a New York State Disadvantaged Community as currently defined on NYSERDA’s website: ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇/ny/disadvantaged-communities The estimated savings is 0 metric tons of carbon dioxide equivalent (MTCO2e).

  • All Projects must be Installed in a manner consistent with this Agreement and in accordance with all CPUC EE Decisions & Guidance, including but not limited to the Project Feasibility Study and Statewide Custom Project Guidance Document.

  • Custom Project works are typically required to replace existing structures or enhance or beautify the Home.

Related to Custom Project

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.
