Customer Hosted Deployment definition

Customer Hosted Deployment means the Software installed by or for Customer at Customer’s premises or on a Customer-controlled server within a data center selected and managed by Customer. A Customer Hosted Deployment includes the In-Product Services.
Customer Hosted Deployment means a license permitting access to a version of the Services that is hosted by or on behalf of Customer.
Customer Hosted Deployment means a license permitting access to a version of the Services that is hosted by or on behalf of Customer.

Examples of Customer Hosted Deployment in a sentence

  • Upon execution of an Order Form by both parties, (a) for an Appen Hosted Deployment, Appen will provide Customer with access to the Hosted Service; or (b) for Customer Hosted Deployment, Customer will provide Appen with all access to the Customer hosted environment necessary for Appen to install, provision and maintain the Hosted Service on such hosted environment.

  • Appen shall make the Hosted Service available to Customer and its Users via a Customer Hosted Deployment or an Appen Hosted Deployment, as indicated in an Order Form.

  • Google will provide the Services to Customer by (a) providing access to an Instance for the Looker Hosted Deployment or (b) providing a license key for the Customer Hosted Deployment.

  • If Customer has a Customer Hosted Deployment, it shall delete all copies of the Services in its possession or control within 30 days following termination.

  • Looker will provide the Services to Customer by (a) providing access to an Instance for the Looker Hosted Deployment or (b) providing a license key for the Customer Hosted Deployment.

  • If Additional Usage Charges apply for a Customer Hosted Deployment, Zuva will invoice Customer quarterly.

  • If Customer has purchased a Customer Hosted Deployment: Zuva shall provide the Services in the manner described in the Customer Hosted Support Addendum, for installation by Customer on the number of servers specified on the Order Form, such servers operated by or on behalf of Customer.

  • Google (or Reseller or Distributor) will provide the Services to Customer by (a) providing access to an Instance for the Looker Hosted Deployment or (b) providing a license key for the Customer Hosted Deployment.

  • If Customer has licensed the Services pursuant to a Customer Hosted Deployment, Zuva shall provide a script or app, either within the Application or separately that Customer shall use to extract usage statistics (the “Customer Reported Usage Data”) and provide it to Zuva on a quarterly basis.

  • Zuva shall have the right to conduct an audit of a Customer Hosted Deployment Customer’s books and records to confirm compliance with the terms of this section.

Related to Customer Hosted Deployment

  • Customer Usage Data means the Telecommunications Services usage data of a CLEC End User measured in minutes, sub-minute increments, message units, or otherwise, that is recorded by SBC-13STATE and forwarded to CLEC.

  • User Interface means the interface for the Hosted Services designed to allow individual human users to access and use the Hosted Services.

  • Switched Access Detail Usage Data means a category 1101xx record as defined in the EMI iconectiv Practice BR ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇.
