Data Aggregator definition

Data Aggregator means a third party who receives information from the data collector and the meter operator and aggregates it for the purpose of enabling suppliers to agree the volume of electricity supplied;

Data Aggregator has the meaning given to that term in the Balancing and Settlement Code. Data Collector has the meaning given to that term in the Balancing and Settlement Code.

Data Aggregator means a vendor selected by the Director that has a contract to act on behalf of the Department to collect and process health care claims data on behalf of the Director.

Data Aggregator means a person appointed by EDF Energy to carry out the aggregation of metering data received from Data Collectors and forward such data to the person responsible for determining the quantities to be taken into account in respect of settlement under the BSC;

Data Aggregator means a State entity or contractor (such as a consulting company, research institution, State designee or other organization under contract with the State) that tracks Covered Product’s utilization, evaluates its performance and calculates the Outcome-Based Supplemental Rebates owed by Manufacturer, if any. The Data Aggregator is identified or otherwise described in Appendix A.
