  • Subject to the limited rights expressly granted under this Agreement, Sage (and our licensors, where applicable) reserve all rights, title and interest in and to the Software (including any configurations, customisations, modifications, enhancements, updates and revisions thereof), Sage Data and Documentation, including all related Intellectual Property Rights therein.
