For SAP Supplier InfoNet, “Spend” or “Spend Data” means the total monetary amount of transactions between Customer and its suppliers (including accounts payable, travel and expense, purchasing card data etc.) that is delivered to SAP as part of the Customer Content in each Subscription Period. 1.4 “User” has different meanings depending upon the specific Cloud Service to which it is applied. For SAP Supplier InfoNet, “User” means an Authorized User that is authorized by Customer to access and/or use SAP Supplier InfoNet. 2. CURRENT PLATFORM SAP Supplier InfoNet is currently hosted on systems operated by SAP SE or its Affiliate, and accordingly, support for SAP Supplier InfoNet shall be provided, and Customer Data shall be used and managed, in compliance with the operational guidelines and policies used by SAP SE in the operation of such systems.
