Data Connection definition

Data Connection means any 2G, 3G, 4G, wired/wireless internet connection, or any other network that permits the User to access the Mobile Banking Services from his/her Mobile Handset.
Data Connection means a data extraction connection with Customer’s database(s) or system(s) that allow specified Customer Content to be automatically transferred to SAP

  • Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Seller may activate the Data Connection immediately upon or at any time following installation of Goods or equipment and the data collected will be transmitted to and collected by Seller or its affiliates through the Data Connection.

Data Connection means any connection and/or communication between devices by which data is either transmitted and/or received;

Data Connection means a data extraction connection with Customer’s database(s) or system(s) that allow specified Customer Content to be automatically transferred to SAP 1.3 “Spend” or “Spend Data” (abbreviation: “SPD”) has different meanings depending upon the specific Cloud Service to which it is applied. For SAP Supplier InfoNet, “Spend” or “Spend Data” means the total monetary amount of transactions between Customer and its suppliers (including accounts payable, travel and expense, purchasing card data etc.) that is delivered to SAP as part of the Customer Content in each Subscription Period. 1.4 “User” has different meanings depending upon the specific Cloud Service to which it is applied. For SAP Supplier InfoNet, “User” means an Authorized User that is authorized by Customer to access and/or use SAP Supplier InfoNet. 2. CURRENT PLATFORM SAP Supplier InfoNet is currently hosted on systems operated by SAP SE or its Affiliate, and accordingly, support for SAP Supplier InfoNet shall be provided, and Customer Data shall be used and managed, in compliance with the operational guidelines and policies used by SAP SE in the operation of such systems.
