Data Processing Exhibit definition

Data Processing Exhibit or “DPE” means the Universal Data Processing Exhibit located at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/en-us/legal/universal-contract-terms-and-conditions/index.html, which may be updated by Workday from time to time to comply with applicable Data Protection Laws applicable to Workday as a Data Processor. No update will materially decrease Workday’s Data Processor obligations under the DPE.
