Data Processors definition

Data Processors means any Third Party service providers, software developers, outsourcers, or others to which Company or its Subsidiaries engage and allow access to Personal Data or IT Assets (including, for clarity, all information and transactions stored or contained therein or transmitted thereby).
Data Processors or “Service Providers” shall mean any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Data Controller. We may use the services of various Service Providers in order to process your data more effectively.
Data Processors means any data processor described in Section 7.8 of the Prospectus.

  • Where a You uses other Nuapay Services, You are the Data Controller of the Payer Data, and We and Nuapay are the Data Processors.
