Data Security Requirements definition
Data Security Requirements means, collectively, all of the following to the extent relating to Data Treatment or otherwise relating to privacy, security or security breach notification requirements and applicable to Seller, any IT Systems or any Personal Information: (i) Seller’s own rules, policies, and procedures; (ii) all Laws applicable to Seller; (iii) industry standards applicable to the industry in which Seller operates; and (iv) Contracts to which Seller is a party or otherwise subject.
Data Security Requirements means our data security requirements (which can be located on our website) as may be amended by us provided that had the Data Security Requirements been a Contract Document such amendments would not have been prohibited by Clause 13.1;
Data Security Requirements means all of the following, in each case to the extent relating to data privacy, protection, or security and applicable to the conduct of the business of the Company or any Company Subsidiary: (a) all applicable Laws and any related security breach notification requirements; (b) the Company’s and its Subsidiaries’ own respective rules, policies, and procedures; and (c) material Contracts to which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is bound.

Seller and the conduct of the Business is and has at all times been in compliance with all Data Security Requirements in all material respects.
More Definitions of Data Security Requirements
Data Security Requirements means, to the extent governing the Company’s or any member of the Company Group’s Processing of Personal Information, as applicable: (i) Privacy and Security Laws (including as and to the extent applicable, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation), (ii) externally published policies (including website privacy policies) and other written notices relating to privacy, data transparency or security, and (iii) contractual requirements relating to the privacy or security of Personal Information by which any member of the Company Group is bound.
Data Security Requirements has the meaning set forth in Section 4.13(l).
Data Security Requirements means, collectively, all of the following to the extent relating to Personal Data: (i) the Company’s own posted privacy policies; (ii) all applicable Laws and Contracts; and (iii) the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.
Data Security Requirements means, collectively, all of the following to the extent relating to privacy, security, or security breach notification requirements and applicable to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries: (i) the Company’s and its Subsidiaries’ own rules, policies, and procedures; (ii) all applicable Laws; (iii) industry standards applicable to the industry in which the Company and its Subsidiaries operate (including, if applicable, the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS)); and (iv) Contracts into which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has entered or by which it is otherwise bound.
Data Security Requirements means, with respect to a Party, all of the following, in each case to the extent relating to any Processing of any Personal Information or any IT Systems, any privacy, security or security breach notification requirements, or any matters relating to data privacy, protection or security, and applicable to such Party or any of its Subsidiaries, the conduct of their businesses, any IT Systems, or any Personal Information Processed by or on behalf of such Party or any of its Subsidiaries or any IT Systems: (i) applicable Laws, including Laws related to data privacy, data security, cybersecurity or national security; (ii) such Party’s and each of its Subsidiaries’ own respective internal and external rules, policies, and procedures; (iii) industry standards, requirements of self-regulatory bodies, and codes of conduct which such Party or any of its Subsidiaries purports to comply with or be bound by, or otherwise applicable to the industries in which any of them operate; and (iv) Contracts which such Party or any of its Subsidiaries is bound by or has made.
Data Security Requirements means, collectively, all of the following to the extent relating to confidential or sensitive information, personally identifiable information, personal data, or other protected information relating to individuals or natural persons or otherwise relating to privacy, security, or security breach notification requirements and applicable to any Group Company: (i) each Group Company’s own rules, policies, and procedures (whether physical or technical in nature, or otherwise), (ii) all applicable Laws and all industry standards in any relevant jurisdiction applicable to the business of each Group Company (including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, or any other Laws which implement any other current or future legal act of the European Union concerning the protection and processing of personal data and any national implementing or successor legislation), and (iii) agreements any Group Company has entered into or by which it is bound.
Data Security Requirements means our data security requirements as may be amended by us provided that had the Data Security Requirements been a Contact Document such amendments would not have been prohibited by Clause 13.1;
