Data Sheets definition

Data Sheets means our definition of the product features as published on the website from time-to-time;
Data Sheets means the document providing further details of the Service which can be found at http://www.redcare.bt.com/Products_services/CCTV_Surveillance_Networks.html and which may be updated by BT from time to time.
Data Sheets means KLA’s pricelists for parts and components and lists of standard hourly or daily rates and reimbursement rules for Time & Materials Services, available on KLA’s website at www.kla.com/terms or on request.

Examples of Data Sheets in a sentence

  • To the extent that the goods to be supplied to the State by the Contractor contain or may create hazardous substances, harmful physical agents, or infectious agents, as set forth in applicable State and federal laws and regulations, the Contractor must provide the State with Material Safety Data Sheets regarding those substances.

  • Supplier warrants that: (i) each chemical substance contained in Products is on the inventory of chemical substances compiled and published by the Environmental Protection Agency pursuant to the Toxic Substances Control Act and (ii) all Material Safety Data Sheets required to be provided by Supplier for Products shall be provided to DXC prior to shipment of the Products and shall be complete and accurate.

  • Contractor is required to ensure Material Safety Data Sheets (“MSDS”) are available, employees are trained in the use of MSDS, and MSDS are in a readily accessible place at the Site.

  • Should the matter not be resolved, the issue will be dealt with in line with Clause 19 & 20 of the VBIA “Safety Disputes Resolution Procedure.” The parties agree that the Worksafe Australia Guidance Notes on Material Safety Data Sheets will be observed at all times.

  • As applicable, Contractor shall provide Purchaser with all appropriate Material Safety Data Sheets (“MSDS”) at the time of delivery of each shipment of Goods which requires such compliance and/or and for materials used by Contractor while performing Services and any updates of the same.

  • SELLER shall make available to LOCKHEED ▇▇▇▇▇▇ all Safety Data Sheets for any material provided to LOCKHEED ▇▇▇▇▇▇, or brought or delivered to LOCKHEED ▇▇▇▇▇▇ or its customer's premises in the performance of this Contract, as required by applicable law such as the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 and regulations promulgated thereunder.

  • Material Safety and Data Sheets (MSDS) and proper training will be provided to all employees using spray bottles.

  • To the extent that the goods to be supplied by the Contractor contain or may create hazardous substances, harmful physical agents or infectious agents as set forth in applicable state and federal laws and regulations, the Contractor must provide Material Safety Data Sheets regarding those substances.

  • Upon District request, Contractor must immediately provide Material Safety Data Sheets to District for all materials subject to this provision.


More Definitions of Data Sheets

Data Sheets means the data sheets and engineering drawings related to the Equipment which are in BP ’s possession and which it is in a position to disclose;
Data Sheets means our definition of the product features and/or service levels from time-to-time; “Due Date” means a date on which payment is due, as set out in condition 14;
Data Sheets means the Company Group’s data sheets for the Company Products, as available as of the date of this Agreement.
