To the extent that the goods to be supplied to the State by the Contractor contain or may create hazardous substances, harmful physical agents, or infectious agents, as set forth in applicable State and federal laws and regulations, the Contractor must provide the State with Material Safety Data Sheets regarding those substances.
Supplier warrants that: (i) each chemical substance contained in Products is on the inventory of chemical substances compiled and published by the Environmental Protection Agency pursuant to the Toxic Substances Control Act and (ii) all Material Safety Data Sheets required to be provided by Supplier for Products shall be provided to DXC prior to shipment of the Products and shall be complete and accurate.

SELLER shall make available to LOCKHEED ▇▇▇▇▇▇ all Safety Data Sheets for any material provided to LOCKHEED ▇▇▇▇▇▇, or brought or delivered to LOCKHEED ▇▇▇▇▇▇ or its customer's premises in the performance of this Contract, as required by applicable law such as the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 and regulations promulgated thereunder.
