Data Submission definition

Data Submission means the data submission to be made in accordance with (as applicable) the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 2007; the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007; the Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations 2009; and/or the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2006 (each as may be amended or replaced from time to time).

  • Where Funds are recovered under Clause 11.15 of this Schedule 1, if a valid final ‘Outcome identifier – National’ is subsequently reported for that subject by the Final Data Submission Date, then we will pay you Funds to which you are entitled.

  • You must ensure that all required data is included and correct in the final Student Statistical Report for each calendar year into which the Term extends and submit it to us via SVTS by no later than (whichever is the earlier date): 5pm on the Final Data Submission Date; or one month after the expiry of the Term or termination of this Contract.

Related to Data Submission

  • Regulatory Submissions means any filing, application or submission with any Regulatory Authority, including authorizations, approvals or clearances arising from the foregoing, including Regulatory Approvals and any pricing or reimbursement approvals, as applicable, and all correspondence or communication with or from the relevant Regulatory Authority, as well as minutes of any material meetings, telephone conferences or discussions with the relevant Regulatory Authority, in each case, with respect to a Licensed Product.

  • Regulatory Filing means any documentation comprising or relating to or supporting any filing or application with any Regulatory Authority with respect to any compound or product (including any Licensed Compound or Licensed Product), or its use or potential use in humans, including any documents submitted to any Regulatory Authority and all supporting data, including INDs and NDAs, and all correspondence with any Regulatory Authority with respect to such compound or product (including minutes of any meetings, telephone conferences or discussions with any Regulatory Authority).

  • Data Subject Request means a request from a Data Subject to exercise its rights under the Data Protection Laws in respect of that Data Subject's Personal Data;

  • Data Source Annual Fiscal Audit Report, Terms of Debt, Other Formal Notifications Received by School. Exceeds Standard The school has met standard for at least 3 consecutive years. Approaches Standard The school experienced one or more instances of minor default during the fiscal year (such as making late payments); however, the school is not currently in default of any financial obligations. Does Not Meet Standard School is currently in default of financial obligations.

  • Planning Submission or “CAPS” or “Community Accountability Planning Submission” means the HSP Board approved planning document submitted by the HSP to the Funder. The form, content and scheduling of the Planning Submission will be identified by the Funder;
