Data Visualization definition

Data Visualization means a drillable, filterable graphical-display of Customer’s data pulled from a data source. A “Dashboard” means a user-configurable collection of Data Visualizations.
Data Visualization. Web application, named GeoExplorer, designed to render views of overlapped geospatial datasets on a specific Earth projection, with the ability to query / inspect and export selected data and rendered images. The set of spatial data repositories and the comprehensive set of integrated technologies for their management, discovery, and exploitation is fully integrated with both infrastructure's enabling technology and layers (Section 2.1 and 2.2 of this document) in order to exploits provisioning, monitoring, accounting, authentication and storage facilities of the infrastructure.   • If assigned by City, CONSULTANT will assist with such projects under this Real-time Integration and Streaming Data Visualization specialized area of focus, as detailed in the Task Order for such Services.

  • The patent, utility model right, design right, copyright, knowhow and any other intellectual property, and the data of the demonstration experiment and any other data related to the SORACOM Dashboard and Data Visualization Service, the SORACOM System, the SORACOM Information or the accessorial services thereof belong to SORACOM.

  • SORACOM shall provide the Subscriber with a console system (the “SORACOM System”) for the SORACOM Dashboard and Data Visualization Service through the SORACOM Web site (the “SORACOM Site”).

  • If the Subscriber uses the SORACOM Dashboard and Data Visualization Service after such notice, the Subscriber shall be deemed to have consented to such change to the General Terms, SORACOM will apply the service fee and other service provision provided in such changed General Terms.

  • The service fee for use of the SORACOM Dashboard and Data Visualization Service consists of the basic fee, telecommunication fee, additional function fee and any other procedure fees (the “Service Fee”).

  • However, only in the case that SORACOM Dashboard and Data Visualization Service channel is in “before use” status in the SORACOM System, the Subscriber may assign the right to receive the SORACOM Dashboard and Data Visualization Service using such channel to third party who holds a SORACOM Account by prescribed operation via the SORACOM Console (defined below).

  • In using the SORACOM Dashboard and Data Visualization Service, the Subscriber shall not act in any way to lose the confidence of SORACOM.

  • Applicants for the SORACOM Dashboard and Data Visualization Service (each such applicant, an “Applicant”) shall apply for the SORACOM Dashboard and Data Visualization Service via the on-line sign-up in accordance with the procedure specified by SORACOM after the Applicant agrees to the General Terms (such application, the “Application”).

  • If there are unavoidable reasons (including but not limited to technical reasons), SORACOM may discontinue provision of the SORACOM Dashboard and Data Visualization Service in whole or part.

  • If the Subscriber registers for the SORACOM Partner Space (meaning the program which SORACOM provide via the website of SORACOM as the SORACOM Partner Space), concludes any agreement specified by SORACOM and performs any other procedure specified by SORACOM, the Subscriber may provide telecommunication services based on the SORACOM Dashboard and Data Visualization Service to third parties as the Subscriber’s own service (such third party, the “Subscriber’s Customer”).

  • Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer. The term does not include an arrangement for the financing of premiums.

  • data user means a natural or legal person who has lawful access to certain personal or non-personal data and is authorised to use that data for commercial or non-commercial purposes;

  • Dataset means the data specified in Appendix 1 (Environmental Information) to Schedule 11.2 (Management Information) as the same may be amended from time to time by the Secretary of State (acting reasonably);

  • Toolkit or “Development Toolkit” in the 3DS Offering name, or (ii) in the Transaction Document and/or the Product Portfolio. Extended Enterprise User means an employee of Customer’s affiliate(s), supplier(s) and/or customer(s) authorized to use Customer’s 3DS Offering for the sole and exclusive purpose of enabling the Extended Enterprise User(s) to conduct business with Customer. The use of the 3DS Offering by any such Extended Enterprise User(s) (1) shall be solely limited to use (a) as configured and deployed by Customer and (b) in connection with the Extended Enterprise User’s performance of services for and on behalf of Customer, and (2) shall exclude any use by Extended Enterprise User (a) for its own account or a third party’s account, or (b) for the purpose of modifying, otherwise using, maintaining or hosting the 3DS Offering. Extended Enterprise Users are authorized if so specified in the Product Portfolio. Machine means a device on which a 3DS Offering is executed and which is either (1) (i) (a) belonging to Customer or under its sole control or supervision and (b) located on Customer’s premises or according to Teleworking conditions, or (ii) authorized by Customer according to its own information technology charter or equivalent whereby third party devices (such as Users own devices) are specifically authorized, or (2) operated by a third party service provider as specifically authorized in the Agreement solely for and on behalf of Customer. Remote Access means, if so specified in the Product Portfolio, that Users and/or Extended Enterprise Users may access and use the 3DS Offering remotely via the Internet from any country (subject inter alia to the export and re-export laws and regulations provisions of the Agreement). Teleworking means any program authorized by and for the benefit of Customer to enable its employees to work outside its own premises, using information and communication technology (or equivalent program established by a Customer entitled to Education Use (or former Academic Use) of the 3DS Offerings for its Users).

  • Data Log means a complete record of all Data Interchanged representing the Messages and their Associated Data between the parties;
