Date of Processing definition

Date of Processing means, with respect to any transaction or receipt of Collections, the date on which such transaction is first recorded on the Servicer's computer file of revolving credit card accounts (without regard to the effective date of such recordation).

Examples of Date of Processing in a sentence

  • Except as otherwise provided below, the Servicer shall deposit Collections into the Collection Account as promptly as possible after the Date of Processing of such Collections, but in no event later than the second Business Day following the Date of Processing.

  • If any dividend or distribution described in this Section 13.06(a) is declared but not so paid or made, the new Conversion Rate shall again be adjusted to the Conversion Rate that would then be in effect if such dividend or distribution had not been declared.
