Date of Provisional Acceptance definition

Date of Provisional Acceptance means the date that is determined in accordance with Sub-Article 9(C).
Date of Provisional Acceptance means the date of a Certificate of Provisional Acceptance.
Date of Provisional Acceptance means the Date of Industrial Completion.

  • For a period of ten (10) years from the applicable Date of Provisional Acceptance or Date of Commercial Acceptance of the System whichever is earlier, the Contractor will make available to the Purchaser replacement parts and repair service for the System as may be reasonably necessary for its operation, maintenance or repair.

  • If the Purchaser (or the Independent Engineer on its behalf) fails to respond with such notification within thirty (30) days, then the Date of Provisional Acceptance of the Segment (subject to Purchaser's consent), the System or System Upgrade shall be deemed to be the date such Commissioning Report or Upgrade Commissioning Report, as the case may be, was received by the Purchaser.

  • The Contractor agrees that, except with respect to Segment 6, the Date of Provisional Acceptance of the System or Date of Commercial Acceptance of the System will occur by December 30, 2000 (as such date may be extended under Article 6 (Contract Variations), Article 17 (Force Majeure) or otherwise under this Contract or by written agreement of the Parties (the "Scheduled --------- RFS Date")).

Related to Date of Provisional Acceptance

  • Conditional Acceptance means a conditional acceptance by the Liquidity Provider of an extension of the Scheduled Termination Date.

  • Final Acceptance Date the date upon which the City confirms that all Services and Work Products have been completed and tested and function in accordance with the terms of the Contract.

  • Final Acceptance means final written acceptance of all the Work by the Commissioner, a copy of which shall be sent to the Contractor.

  • Operational Acceptance means the acceptance by the Procuring Entity of the Facilities (or any part of the Facilities where the Contract provides for acceptance of the Facilities in parts), which certifies the Contractor's fulfillment of the Contract in respect of Functional Guarantees of the Facilities (or the relevant part thereof) in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 28 (Functional Guarantees) hereof and shall include deemed acceptance in accordance with GCC Clause 25 (Commissioning and Operational Acceptance) hereof.

  • Operational Acceptance Tests means the tests specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan to be carried out to ascertain whether the System, or a specified Sub system, is able to attain the functional and performance requirements specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan, in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 27.2 (Operational Acceptance Test).
