Dates of Exercise definition
Dates of Exercise means the dates as of which an Option is exercised and the Stock subject to that Option is purchased. With respect to any Option, the Dates of Exercise are the last day of each month on which Stock is traded on the New York Stock Exchange during the Option Period in which that Option was granted.
