Qualified commercial motor vehicle , subject to subdivision (m), means a motor vehicle used, designed, or maintained for transportation of persons or property and 1 of the following:
Noncommercial motor vehicle means any motor vehicle, including a farm truck as defined in section 4503.04 of the Revised Code, that is designed by the manufacturer to carry a load of no more than one ton and is used exclusively for purposes other than engaging in business for profit.
Financial Monitoring Report or “FMR” means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;
Special purpose equipment means equipment which is used only for research, medical, scientific, or other technical activities. Examples of special purpose equipment include microscopes, x-ray machines, surgical instruments, and spectrometers.
