Debt Documentation definition

Debt Documentation means (i) with respect to the Term Loans, the Term Loan Credit Agreement, and (ii) with respect to the Exchangeable Notes, the Exchangeable Notes Indenture.
Debt Documentation means the definitive credit documentation described in and to be drafted in accordance with the Debt Commitment Letters;
Debt Documentation means the Commitment Letter and the First Secured Interim Loan Agreement, the Second Unsecured Interim Loan Agreement and the PIK Loan Facility;

  • It shall not, without the prior written consent of Laurus, grant or permit any of its Subsidiaries to grant to any Person any Collateral of such Company or any collateral of any of its Subsidiaries as security for any obligation arising under the Subordinated Debt Documentation.

  • It shall not, without the prior written consent of Laurus, amend, modify or in any way alter the terms of any of the Subordinated Debt Documentation.

  • Non-pro rata prepayments will be permitted to the extent required to permit “extension” transactions and “replacement” facility transactions (with existing and/or new Lenders), subject to customary restrictions consistent with the Opco Bank Debt Documentation Principles.

Related to Debt Documentation

  • Security Documentation means the Security Documentation applicable to the specific Services purchased by Client, as updated from time to time, or as otherwise made reasonably available by IRONSCALES.

  • Debt Documents means, collectively, the Credit Agreement, the Designated Indebtedness Documents, any Hedging Agreement evidencing or relating to any Hedging Agreement Obligations and the Security Documents.

  • Junior Financing Documentation means any documentation governing any Junior Financing.

  • Additional Senior Debt Documents means, with respect to any series, issue or class of Additional Senior Debt, the promissory notes, indentures, Collateral Documents or other operative agreements evidencing or governing such Indebtedness, including the Senior Collateral Documents.

  • Related Documentation means, with respect to Software, all materials, documentation (including control documentation utilized in connection with an audit), specifications, technical manuals, user manuals, flow diagrams, file descriptions and other written information that describes the function and use of such Software, but excluding source code.
