Declaration of Trust definition

Declaration of Trust means this Agreement and Declaration of Trust, as amended or restated from time to time;
Declaration of Trust or “Declaration” shall mean this Declaration of Trust as amended or restated from time to time; and
Declaration of Trust means this Amended and Restated Declaration of Trust, as further amended or restated, from time to time;
