Decommissioning Project definition

Decommissioning Project means each individual decommissioning, plugging and abandonment project with respect to the Facilities.
Decommissioning Project means a defined scope of works undertaken by, or on behalf of, the offshore hydrocarbons production asset owner, designed to remove all or part of the asset infrastructure after the asset has permanently ceased production.

Examples of Decommissioning Project in a sentence

  • Subject to the provisions of Section 5.2, the Work performed by Contractor and its Subcontractors with respect to each Decommissioning Project shall comply with all Applicable Laws then in effect.

  • Contractor shall arrange for and provide transportation for its personnel between Contractor’s locations and Owner’s shore base location of each Decommissioning Project.

  • For each Decommissioning Project, Owner shall designate Owner’s Project Manager and provide Notice thereof to Contractor.

  • As part of the Work, Contractor shall cooperate with Owner in connection with Owner’s preparation of all regulatory forms, correspondence and reports required to be filed with any Governmental Authorities, with respect to each Decommissioning Project.

  • Owner shall retain title to any scrap material or other items left over after completion of each Decommissioning Project.

  • First available means resources that are uncommitted to other operators at the time Owner provides Contractor a desired start date for each Decommissioning Project.

  • For each Decommissioning Project, Contractor shall designate Contractor’s Project Manager and provide Notice thereof to Owner.

  • Owner shall arrange for and provide transportation for personnel of Contractor and its Subcontractors, if any, and other third party personnel between Owner’s shore base location and the location of each Decommissioning Project.

  • Owner shall further prepare, sign and file all regulatory correspondence and reports for a given Decommissioning Project.

  • Contractor shall provide Owner applicable insurance certificates of such coverage prior to the shipment of any equipment or personnel to the location of any Decommissioning Project or the commencement of any Work on any Facilities.

Related to Decommissioning Project

  • Decommissioning Plan means the document containing detailed information on the proposed decommissioning and covering the following: the selected decommissioning strategy; the schedule, type and sequence of decommissioning activities; the waste management strategy applied, including clearance; the proposed end state; the storage and disposal of the waste from decommissioning; the timeframe for decommissioning; the cost estimates for the completion of decommissioning; and the objectives, expected results, milestones, target dates, as well as the corresponding key performance indicators, including, as appropriate, earned value based indicators. The plan is prepared by the nuclear facility license holder and is reflected in the multiannual work programmes of the Programme;

  • Decommissioning means final operational activities at a site to dismantle site structures, to decontaminate site surfaces and remaining structures, to stabilize and contain residual radioactive material, and to carry out any other activities to prepare the site for postoperational care.

  • Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Pilot project means the election day voter registration pilot project created in
