Speech-language pathologist means an individual who is licensed by a state to practice speech-language pathology.
Speech-language pathology means the care and services provided by a licensed speech-language pathologist as set forth in the member state's statutes and rules.
Primary language means the dominant language used by a person for communication.
Obscene means containing a patently offensive description of or a solicitation to commit an ultimate sex act, including sexual intercourse, masturbation, cunnilingus, fellatio, or anilingus, or a description of an excretory function.
Competitively Sensitive Information means non-public information and data specific to a utility customer which the utility acquired or developed in the course of its provision of utility services.
