Defects List definition

Defects List means the list of defects as agreed upon by the Parties during the Hand-over Inspection;
Defects List means the list setting out the defects, prepared by the Purchaser;
Defects List means a list of the Defects or outstanding works in the Building Works as at Practical Completion;

  • The Contractor shall comply with the Defects List for Substantial Completion and shall notify the Engineer when it considers that all defects and incomplete work which the Contractor was required to remedy and complete in the Defects List for Substantial Completion have been remedied and completed.

  • The Contractor shall comply with the Defects List for Final Completion.

  • The Consultant shall notify UNICEF when it considers that the Contractor has remedied and completed all defects and incomplete work which the Contractor was required to remedy and complete in the Defects List for Substantial Completion.

  • The Parties or their representatives shall be obliged to attend the Hand-over Inspection at any pre-arranged time, during which inspection the Parties shall agree to the Defects List.

  • The Builder and the Buyer, each acting reasonably and in good faith, shall update the Defects List at regular intervals to reflect the addition and removal of defects.
