Deferral Form definition

Deferral Form means a form, written or electronic, provided by the Committee pursuant to which an Eligible Executive may elect to defer amounts under the Plan.
Deferral Form means a written form provided by the Committee pursuant to which an Eligible Employee may elect to defer amounts under the Plan.

More Definitions of Deferral Form

Deferral Form means the form or forms required to be completed and delivered to the Administrative Committee or its designee for participation in the Plan for a Plan Year.
