Delayed Index Level Event definition

Delayed Index Level Event means, in respect of any Determination Date and an Inflation Index, that the relevant Inflation Index Sponsor fails to publish or announce the level of such Inflation Index (the Relevant Level) in respect of any Reference Month which is to be utilised in any calculation or determination to be made by the Issuer in respect of such Determination Date, at any time on or prior to the Cut-Off Date.
Delayed Index Level Event means, in respect of any Determination Date and an Inflation Index, that the relevant Inflation Index Sponsor fails to publish or announce the level of such Inflation Index (the "Relevant Level") in respect of any Reference Month which is to be utilized in any calculation or determination to be made by the Issuer in respect of such Determination Date, at any time on or prior to the Cut-Off Date.

Related to Delayed Index Level Event

  • OBFR Index Cessation Date means, in respect of an OBFR Index Cessation Event, the date on which the FRBNY (or any successor administrator of the OBFR), ceases to publish the OBFR, or the date as of which the OBFR may no longer be used.

  • SARON Index Cessation Event means the occurrence of one or more of the following events:

  • SOFR Index Cessation Date means, in respect of a SOFR Index Cessation Event, the date on which the FRBNY (or any successor administrator of the SOFR), ceases to publish the SOFR, or the date as of which the SOFR may no longer be used.

  • Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).

  • Initial Index Level means the closing level of the FTSE 100 on the Start Date.
