Delegation of Authority Policy definition

Delegation of Authority Policy means the Company’s delegation of authority policy in the form agreed by the Company and the Investor in accordance with the Investment Agreement, and as may be amended, modified or supplemented from and after the Closing in accordance with this Agreement.
Delegation of Authority Policy means the Delegation of Authority Policy adopted by the Board of Directors on November 1, 2013, as amended from time to time.
Delegation of Authority Policy means the policy setting forth certain authority delegated by the Members to the Delegate, which at the Effective Date shall be as set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement, but which may be modified from time to time by the Management Committee pursuant to this Agreement.

  • During the Consulting Period, the Executive shall comply with the Company’s Code of Conduct and its Delegations of Authority, each as in effect from time to time (as if he was a non-management employee with respect to the Delegation of Authority Policy).

  • A member for the employer may, with the help of the authority’s Delegation of Authority Policy and in agreement with other members, make decisions at the work environment committee.

  • During the Consulting Period, the Executive shall comply with the Company's Code of Conduct and its Delegation of Authority or any successor policies, each as in effect from time to time (as if the Executive were a non-management employee with respect to the Delegation of Authority Policy).

  • At the Contribution Closing, Holdings will adopt and comply with Tejas' Delegation of Authority Policy with respect to entering into contracts.
