Delivery Year Expected REC Quantity definition

Delivery Year Expected REC Quantity means, with respect to a Designated System and a Delivery Year, the expected number of RECs from such Designated System to be Delivered from Seller to Buyer in such Delivery Year as more fully described in Section 4.2(b), as may be adjusted pursuant to Section 2.6, and as may be amended pursuant to Section 4.2(f), and to be documented in the annual delivery schedule shown in Schedule B to the Product Order for such Designated System.
Delivery Year Expected REC Quantity means, with respect to a Designated System and a Delivery Year, the expected number of RECs from such Designated System to be Delivered from Seller to Buyer in such Delivery Year as more fully described in Section 4.2(b), as may be adjusted pursuant to Section 2.6(a) or Section 2.6(c), and as may be amended pursuant to Section 4.2(f), and to be documented in the annual delivery schedule shown in Schedule B to the Product Order for such Designated System.

Examples of Delivery Year Expected REC Quantity in a sentence

  • If the Delivery Term extends beyond a 15-Delivery Year schedule starting with that first Delivery Year, then each subsequent Delivery Year Expected REC Quantity subsequent to the 15th Delivery Year shall reflect a quantity that provides for a degradation factor of half of one percent (0.5%) from the prior Delivery Year Expected REC Quantity (a sample delivery schedule is provided in Exhibit F-1).

  • For purposes of re-calculating the delivery schedule, the Delivery Year in which the date of Energization occurred shall be the first Delivery Year for which a Delivery Year Expected REC Quantity is calculated and the Delivery Year Expected REC Quantity for such first Delivery Year shall be calculated using the updated Contract Nameplate Capacity based on the updated percent of the Actual Nameplate Capacity that is being Subscribed as established pursuant to Section 2.6(b) and Section 2.6(c).

  • If the Delivery Term for a Designated System extends beyond the Delivery Years for which a Delivery Year Expected REC Quantity is provided above, then each subsequent Delivery Year Expected REC Quantity shall be 99.5% of the prior Delivery Year Expected REC Quantity for such Designated System.

  • Such request shall include pertinent information related to the payment adjustment as well as requested changes to future Delivery Year Expected REC Quantity and Contract Nameplate Capacity.

Related to Delivery Year Expected REC Quantity

  • Delivery Year means the Planning Period for which a Capacity Resource is committed pursuant to the auction procedures specified in Tariff, Attachment DD, or pursuant to an FRR Capacity Plan under Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 8.

  • Supply Period means for a Supply Point, the period beginning on the Start Date and ending on the Termination Date;
