Denied Party Lists definition

Denied Party Lists means a Person (i) subject to any restrictions under the Export and Sanctions Laws including those sanctions targeting government entities or individuals that support terrorism, or (ii) included on any denied, prohibited, or restricted party list maintained by the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction, including the U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security Denied Persons List, Entity List, Unverified List, the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List, or the DDTC Debarred Parties List.
Denied Party Lists means a Person (i) subject to any restrictions under the Export and Sanctions Laws including those sanctions targeting government entities or individuals that support terrorism, or (ii) included on any denied, prohibited, or restricted party list maintained by the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction, including the U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security Denied Persons List, Entity List, or Unverified List, the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List; or the DDTC Debarred Parties List.
Denied Party Lists means the lists of Specially Designated Nationals, Denied Persons, Entities, or any other similar government list.
