Deployment Software definition

Deployment Software means deployment tools and services available from the Website and made available including documentation, updates, modified versions and copies of the Deployment Software.
Deployment Software means the PSC Software listed in Exhibit A that is specifically required for the operation of the Application Bundle, along with the applicable Documentation and any Updates.
Deployment Software means the machine-readable, compiled, object code form of, and associated documentation for, the BEA proprietary software named as Deployment Software on a Pricing Schedule that is part of this Agreement.

  • Licensed Software deployed into a Cloud Service Provider Environment using Deployment Software modified by you is not supported as part of the maintenance/support you may have purchased for the Licensed Software.

  • Except for Tilt Five’s retained rights in the SDK (including, without limitation, the Tilt Five Deployment Software), Developer retains ownership of the Developed Product.

  • Licensee may perform software performance benchmarks on the Value - Added Solution incorporating the Deployment Software named on the Pricing Schedule, but may not independently test any BEA Software or publish such benchmarks without BEA's prior written consent.

  • Thereafter, VAR shall pay Compuware maintenance for each Deployment Software for which it assesses maintenance fees.

Deployment Software. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Licensee may install and use one copy of Content Deployment software included in the Server Software on a single computer for staging and on a second computer for production, provided that at least one of such computers is running a licensed copy of the Server Software. To utilize the Content Deployment software on more than one computer, except as expressly stated in the previous sentence, Licensee must acquire additional licenses for the Software. Active Channel Logo: To use the "Add Active Channel" logo or the "Add to Active Desktop" logo, Licensee must sign and accept the terms of the Active Channel Logo Agreement located at: ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/sbnmember/ielogo/default.asp. if Licensee does not sign and accept those terms, Licensee may not use the logos and Licensee may not use the Active Channel mark to refer to Licensee's content.
Deployment Software means the object code, run-time portion of UNIFACE Software incorporated in the VAR Application Software.

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.
