Design and Construction Protocols means the provisions of Schedule 2 [Design and Construction Protocols];

  • The exercise by the Authority of any of its rights under this Section 11 will not reduce or affect in any way Project Co’s responsibility under Section 4.1 of Schedule 2 [Design and Construction Protocols].

  • The exercise by the Authority of any of its rights under this Section 11 will not reduce or affect in any way Project Co’s responsibility under Section 3.1 of Schedule 2 [Design and Construction Protocols].

  • For greater certainty, Section 2.5 (Authority Not Responsible for Design or Construction) of Schedule 2 [Design and Construction Protocols] applies to any review or comment by the Authority on any Submittal.

  • Pre-Construction Phase Services means the participation, documentation and execution of Contractor’s Pre-Construction Phase deliverables as required by this Agreement and further defined in Article 5.
