Design for Development definition

Design for Development means a document that establishes conceptual frameworks for land use, urban form, streets and public spaces in the Project Area and that provides non-binding background guidance explaining the purpose and objectives of the Development Controls and Design Guidelines.
Design for Development is defined in the DDA. “Developer” is defined in the DDA.
Design for Development means that certain 5M Design for Development adopted by the City Planning Commission by Resolution No. on , 2015 as same may be amended from time to time.

Examples of Design for Development in a sentence

  • A request for a variance pursuant to the Redevelopment Plans or the Design for Development shall be reviewed and considered by the Agency pursuant to the standards and requirements of the applicable Redevelopment Plan or Design for Development.

More Definitions of Design for Development

Design for Development means that certain Hunters Point Shipyard Phase 1 Design for Development originally adopted by the Agency Commission on September 30, 1997 by Resolution No. 193-1997, amended by the Agency Commission on January 18, 2005 by Resolution No. 7-2005, further amended by the Agency Commission on June 3, 2010 by Resolution No. 68-2010, further amended by the Agency Commission on by Resolution No. , and as may be further amended or supplemented from time to time.
Design for Development is defined in Recital D. “Developer” is defined in the introductory paragraph.
Design for Development means the Visitacion Valley/ Schlage Lock Design for Development, which establishes a set of development controls and design guidelines used along with the Planning Code to regulate new development in the Project Area. The “Design for Development” contains specific Development Controls that apply to Zone 1 and Design Guidelines that apply to both Zone 1 and 2 of the Project Area.
Design for Development means a document which provides additional guidance, direction or limitation to development, including, without limitation, establishing massing, scale, setbacks, signage and other controls on specific parcels or groups of parcels.
