Design Submission definition

Design Submission means the component of the Proposal submitted in response to the requirements set out in Section C of Part 1 of Schedule 3 to this RFP;

  • Any deviation from these requirements will be permitted only if clearly indicated or specified on Tenant’s Design Submission and approved by Landlord.

  • Before commencing construction of any Alterations, Tenant shall provide Landlord with two (2) complete copies of Tenant's Design Submission in final form as approved by Landlord.

Design Submission means the component of the Technical Submission submitted in response to the requirements set out in Part 1 of Schedule 3 to this RFP;

Related to Design Submission

  • Design Criteria Package means concise, performance-oriented drawings or specifications for a public construction project. The purpose of the Design Criteria Package is to furnish sufficient information to permit Design-Build Firms to prepare a bid or a response to the District’s Request for Proposals, or to permit the District to enter into a negotiated Design- Build Contract. The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project. Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.

  • Design Manual means the MOHLTC design manual or manuals in effect and applicable to the development, upgrade, retrofit, renovation or redevelopment of the Home or Beds subject to this Agreement.
