Designated Computer System definition

Designated Computer System means the Organization’s platform and operating system environment which is operating the Software.
Designated Computer System means a computer system and/or central processing units with associated network and licensed users, as set forth in the Order.
Designated Computer System means the Licensee’s platform and operating system environment which is operating the Software.

  • Organization shall provide to ▇▇▇▇▇▇, at Organization’s expense, access to the Designated Computer System via the Organization’s firewall to communications software (e.g. PC Anywhere, WebEx, Web Demo).

  • To the extent that any temporary files associated with the Software are created on any computer terminal used by Users to access the Designated Computer System, those temporary files are permitted but only for such time that the temporary files are actually required.

  • The Organization shall provide no less than 180 days’ notice where the Organization anticipates changing any of the third party software or hardware products in use on the Designated Computer System so that S&S may assess whether the Software will function with the different software or hardware.

  • Unless terminated by SalesLogix or Licensee pursuant to Section 8 of this Agreement, the licenses granted to Licensee by this Agreement shall be perpetual; provided, however, that the Information Server or Synchronization Server License shall remain limited to use of the Software at the Designated Facility on the Designated Computer System unless otherwise agreed by SalesLogix.
