Designated Computers definition

Designated Computers means the specific computer nodes for which Licence Fees have been paid. “Evaluation Licence” is a free of charge 30-day evaluation licence used solely for the purposes described in clause 4Intellectual Property Rights” includes both in Australia and throughout the world and for the duration of the rights: - any patents, copyrights (including rights in computer software), moral rights, registered or unregistered trademarks or service marks, trade names, business names, internet domain names, e-mail address names, brand names, and commercial names and designations. - any invention, discovery, trade secret, know-how, database rights, design rights, computer software or data and confidential, scientific, technical and product information. - any and all other intellectual property and proprietary rights including derivatives of the above (whether registered or unregistered, and application for the foregoing), and all other equivalent or similar rights which may subsist anywhere in the world.

More Definitions of Designated Computers

Designated Computers means the specific computers in the volumes indicated on the Order Form that Licensee is authorized to install the Software on.
Designated Computers means a computer owned or leased by Customer, under Customer’s control, of a manufacturer, model and operating system for which Wood offers a current version of the Software and which has been registered with Wood according to Wood’s standard registration procedure, which currently consists of filling out the Computer Site and Information Form (as amended from time to time by Wood). The Customer may change its Designated Computer(s) at any time, provided Customer complies with Wood’s standard registration procedure.
Designated Computers means the server(s) or processor(s) on which the Licensed Program will be installed and that will be configured not to exceed the Quantity specified in each Purchase Order.

Related to Designated Computers
