With respect to each Term Loan: subject to Section 2.3(b), the principal amount outstanding under such Term Loan shall accrue interest at the fixed per annum rate equal to the greater of (A) 2.50 percentage points above the Designated Index Rate, or (B) 8.50% per annum, which interest shall be payable monthly.
If a Bond is initially issued in the Index Rate Mode, the Index Rate Period, the Designated Index, the Applicable Spread and the Reset Date will be specified in Section 4.1(d).
If a Bond is converted to the Index Rate Mode, the Index Rate Period, the Designated Index, the Applicable Spread and the Reset Date will be specified in the notice delivered to the Bond Trustee pursuant to Section 4.3(b).
