Designated Pool means the pool of Aircraft consisting of the PS Pool Aircraft

Designated Pool means the pool of aircraft consisting of the Pool Aircraft Owned by a Grantor on the Effective Date and listed on Schedule I hereto, and thereafter as amended, restated or supplemented from time to time pursuant to Sections 2.15, 2.18 and/or 8.01.

The debts, liabilities, obligations and expenses incurred, contracted for or otherwise existing with respect to the Lending Facility and each Exchange Note shall be enforceable against the Lending Facility Pool or the related Designated Pool only, and not against the Trust Assets generally or the assets of any other Designated Pool.

As such, separate and distinct records shall be maintained by the Servicer for the Lending Facility Pool and each Designated Pool and the Trust Assets associated with the Lending Facility Pool and each Designated Pool shall be held and accounted for separately from any other assets of the Titling Trust.

Designated Pool. As of any date, any Pool that is identified and included on the Designated Servicing Agreement Schedule in accordance with Section 2.1(c) on such date. Designated Pool means, subject to Section 2.10, the pool of Aircraft consisting of the PS Pool Aircraft each of which (i) shall be noted by the Borrower on Schedule 3.17(a) attached hereto, as amended, restated or supplemented from time to time pursuant to this Agreement and (ii) either (x) shall be Owned by a Lessor Subsidiary or (y) each of the Borrower Parties shall have good faith intention and, to FLL’s and the relevant Servicer’s knowledge, the ability to satisfy each of the conditions under the Loan Documents (including the conditions set forth in Section 4.02 of this Agreement) such that such Aircraft will constitute a Pool Aircraft within a reasonable period of time after the Effective Date.

Designated Pool. As of any date, any Pool that is identified and included on the Designated Servicing Contract Schedule in accordance with Section 2.1(c) on such date. For the avoidance of doubt, with respect to (i) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Advances, all Designated Pools with respect to such ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mae Advances that are serviced by the Servicer under the Seller/Servicer ID Number identified on Schedule 1 hereto, and (ii) with respect to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac Advances, all Designated Pools with respect to such ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac Advances that are serviced by the Servicer under the Seller/Servicer ID Number identified on Schedule 1 hereto. For the avoidance of doubt, Designated Pools with the same Seller/Servicer ID Number share the same Principal and Interest Custodial Account and Escrow Custodial Account.

Designated Pool means, as of any date, any Eligible Pool made subject to a Transaction in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and that is subject to a Servicing Contract, the applicable Agency Agreement, and the applicable Participation Agreement and is identified and included on the Designated Pool Schedule on such date.

Designated Pool. As of any date, any Facility Eligible Pool that is identified and included on the Designated Servicing Agreement Schedule in accordance with Section 2.1(c) on such date.
