Designated Telerate Page. The Dow ▇▇▇▇▇ Telerate Service page 3750 (or such other page as may replace page 3750 on that service or such other service as may be nominated by the BBA for the purpose of displaying the Interest Settlement Rates).
Designated Telerate Page. ' means the display of British Bankers' Association interest settlement rates for Deposits in the Index Currency on the Moneyline Telerate Capital Markets Report Page 3750 (or where the Index Currency is Australian dollars, Swiss francs or Yen, Page 3740), or any successor page or such other page (or any successor page) on that service or any successor service speciÑed in the applicable Pricing Supplement.
Designated Telerate Page. ' means the display of rates on the Telerate Capital Markets Report Page 3750 (or any successor page) for Deposits in the Index Currency.

  • As used herein with respect to a LIBOR Determination Date, “Reference Banks” means leading banks engaged in transactions in Eurodollar deposits in the international Eurocurrency market (i) with an established place of business in London, (ii) whose quotations appear on the Designated Telerate Page for the LIBOR Determination Date in question and (iii) which have been designated as such by the Servicer and are able and willing to provide such quotations to the Servicer for each LIBOR Determination Date.
