Examples of Designated URL in a sentence

  • Commencing no later than the Launch Date and continuing during the Term, the Company will, and will cause Kmart to, promote and advertise the Company Site and integrate a "shop-on-line" message and the Designated URL and the other URLs for the Company Site, into its promotions and advertising, including in the Stores, in accordance with Exhibit ------- "D" to this Agreement.

  • After the Launch Date, the Institution Online Store will be maintained at the applicable Designated URL and all applicable Secondary URLs, each as approved in writing by the Institution, and all of which shall be owned by the Institution, both during and after the Term of this Agreement.

  • Designated User means any person(s) that you authorise as users of your Broadband service.

  • Designated Unit means information technology devices (e.g. hard disks or central processing units) identified by Licensee pursuant to this Agreement that have been officially made known to the public as appropriate for Use or interoperation with the Software.

  • Non-Investment Personnel means any Employee that does not meet the definition of Investment Personnel as listed above.

  • Designated Entity shall have the same meaning provided in the Operating Agreement.
