Designated Web sites definition

Designated Web sites means the Web sites identified on Schedule A -------------------- attached to this Agreement as such schedule may be amended by GSI.
Designated Web sites has the meaning specified in Section 7.9.

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.
