Determination of values definition

Determination of values means the value of the easement is determined at the time the authority is requested in writing to acquire the easement. The fair market value is determined by the county farmland protection board or the authority based on one or more appraisals obtained by the authority, and appraisals, if any, of the landowner.

Related to Determination of values

  • Loss of Value Payment As defined in Section 2.03(a) of this Agreement.

  • Determination of parentage means the establishment of the parent-child relationship by the signing of an acknowledgment of paternity under this section or adjudication by the court;

  • Determination Period means the period from and including a Determination Date in any year to but excluding the next Determination Date; and

  • Determination Notice is defined in Section 6.1(b)(i) of the Agreement.

  • Payment Determination Date means, with respect to any Payment Date, one (1) Business Day immediately preceding such Payment Date.
