Examples of Developer Edition Software in a sentence

  • This section applies only if you have obtained a valid Wowza Streaming Engine Trial Edition License Key or a valid Wowza Streaming Engine Developer Edition License Key to the Software, or are otherwise using the Wowza Streaming Engine Trial Edition Software or Wowza Streaming Engine Developer Edition Software.

  • You shall not apply clustering, load balancing or other operational performance improvements to any Server on which the Wowza Media Server 3 Developer Edition Software is installed, used or accessed.

  • Customer may not use or access the Developer Edition Software (a) for any application deployment in a live or standby production environment; (b) e from more than two IP addresses at any given time; or (c) to deploy applications that are accessed by end users.

  • In addition to the other terms contained herein, Licensee’s license to the Developer Edition Software is limited to use in Licensee’s technical environment strictly for testing and development purposes and not for staging or live or standby production purposes.

  • The Developer Edition Software is provided on an “AS-IS” basis without any warranties or obligations to Customer.

  • Licensee shall not (a) use the Developer Edition Software for any application deployment in a live or standby production environment, in each case, including, without limitation, in any environment accessed by application end-users including but not limited to servers, workstations, kiosks, or mobile computers; (b) access the Developer Edition Software from more than two IP addresses at any given time; or (c) use the Developer Edition Software to deploy applications that are accessed by end users.

  • Licensee must separately obtain the right to install or use the Software as Developer Edition Software on more than one workstation.

  • Adobe grants Licensee a license to install and use the Developer Edition Software on one Computer workstation.

  • Customer may install and use the Developer Edition Software on one Computer Customer’s use of the Developer Edition Software is limited to use in Customer’s technical environment strictly for testing and development purposes and not for staging or live or standby production purposes.

  • If Customer purchases an Enterprise Edition license, it will discontinue and/or refrain from any use of the Developer Edition Software and may request Enterprise Evaluation License(s) for evaluation purposes.

Related to Developer Edition Software

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • System Software means machine-readable data and executable programs used to define the functionality of the HPS control system and standard hardware products, but does not include firmware, operating system, application software or other software products.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.
