Developing library means a New Mexico organization that has initiated and is progressively implementing basic library services within its legal service area. (1) A developing library is established through one ofthe following mechanisms: (a) through an ordinance or legal resolution ofa subdivision of state government; (b) by a contract between a private entity and a subdivision of state government; (c) by an Indian nation; or (d) as a non-profit corporation. (2) A developing library provides the following public services: (a) staff present during open hours; (b) at least 15 hours of public access to physical quarters per week on an annual basis; (c) at least two days of public access to physical quarters per week on an annual basis; and (d) hours of operation posted on or near the library.

  • Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Site (or “MMC Site”) means any World Wide Web server that publishes copyrightable works and also provides prominent facilities for anybody to edit those works. A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.

  • Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.
