Development Budgets definition

Development Budgets means the budgets for the Businesses under Development for the year ending December 31, 2000 identified as such and included as part of Schedule 7.02(b) to the Parent’s Disclosure Letter.
Development Budgets means the set of expenditures, costs, and other resources anticipated to be devoted by the respective parties to the Development Tasks during a Development Period.
Development Budgets means the Pre-POC Development Budget and the Global Development Budget.

  • The Development Committee shall review the Development Plans and the Development Budgets at least monthly and shall have the right to make such modifications or updates to the Development Plans or Development Budgets that it deems appropriate.
