Development Data definition

Development Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing and control data, preclinical data, clinical data and all other documentation (including raw data) compiled, developed or generated with respect to the Compound or Product.

Development Data means all non-clinical, clinical, technical, chemical, safety, and scientific data and information and other results, including relevant laboratory notebook information, screening data, and synthesis schemes, including descriptions in any form, data and other information, in each case, that is generated by or resulting from or in connection with the conduct of Development of Products, to the extent that the same are Controlled by or in Adapt’s or its Affiliates’ or Adapt’s Commercial Sublicensees’ possession, and may be disclosed to Lightlake without violating any obligation under Applicable Law.

Development Data means, with respect to clinical trials and other development work conducted on a Product, all data, results, information and other Know-How generated from or related to such clinical trials and development work, including preclinical, non-clinical and clinical data, reports and information, protocols, statistical analysis plans, methods, and Batch Records for all Products used in such work.

Examples of Development Data in a sentence

  • Each Party, upon reasonable written request by the other Party, shall disclose and make available to the other Party Regulatory Documentation and Development Data within such Party’s or any of its Affiliates’ or its or their Sublicensees’ Control to the extent necessary for the other Party to obtain or maintain Regulatory Approvals for the Licensed Products in the Territory.

  • Each Party will, and will cause each of its Affiliates, Sublicensees and subcontractors to, maintain, in good scientific manner, complete, current and accurate records of all Joint Development Activities and Independent Development Activities, as applicable, conducted by or on behalf of such Party under this Agreement, including all Development Data and other data and information resulting from such activities.

  • Each Party shall take customary measures that it deems prudent in the applicable jurisdictions to ensure that the confidentiality of any such Regulatory Documentation or Development Data is protected when used or submitted by or on behalf of such Party in the Territory.

Development Data means (i) all Data from clinical trials of the Product; and (ii) all research Data, preclinical Data, manufacturing Data and other information, together with all reports, analyses and summaries on or of such Data, in each case that are generated by or under authority of a Party either under the Development Program (as defined in the Original Agreement) or by Array with respect to Varlitinib or a Product prior to the effective date of the Original Agreement. Development Data means all chemistry, manufacturing and control, preclinical and clinical data including, without limitation, pharmacological, pharmacokinetic, pharmaceutical development and toxicological data, on the Product (including placebo), including any of the foregoing arising from post registration studies, that is generated at any time during the Term of this Agreement by or for either Party and their Affiliates or any of Rhythm’s licensees or sub-licensees.
