Development Data definition

Development Data means all non-clinical, clinical, technical, chemical, safety, and scientific data and information and other results, including relevant laboratory notebook information, screening data, and synthesis schemes, including descriptions in any form, data and other information, in each case, that is generated by or resulting from or in connection with the conduct of Development of Products, to the extent that the same are Controlled by or in Adapt’s or its Affiliates’ or Adapt’s Commercial Sublicensees’ possession, and may be disclosed to Lightlake without violating any obligation under Applicable Law.
Development Data means, with respect to clinical trials and other development work conducted on a Product, all data, results, information and other Know-How generated from or related to such clinical trials and development work, including preclinical, non-clinical and clinical data, reports and information, protocols, statistical analysis plans, methods, and Batch Records for all Products used in such work.
Development Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing and control data, preclinical data, clinical data and all other documentation (including raw data) compiled, developed or generated with respect to the Compound or Product.

Examples of Development Data in a sentence

  • The other Party may demand that the publication of the proposed presentation or publication is delayed for a period of [*****] in order to assess whether the Development Data intended to be published is patentable.

  • As between the Parties, the Party by whom or on whose behalf the experiment or study generating such Development Data has been conducted, shall be responsible for the publication of such Development Data, unless defined otherwise in a joint publication strategy.

  • The other Party may, within a reasonable time following receipt of such notice, request the notifying Party to delay the use of the Development Data, in order to safeguard the protection and prosecution of other Know-How and Patent Rights.

  • Each Party shall provide access to and, where practical, copies of the Development Data it (or its Affiliates or Sublicensees, or Third Parties acting on their behalf) generates to the other Party promptly upon receipt or development thereof, including nonclinical and clinical data (including raw data), analysis, reports and protocols.

  • Such Development Data will be provided in electronic form if requested by the other Party or reasonably convertible to such electronic form.


More Definitions of Development Data

Development Data means all chemistry, manufacturing and control, preclinical and clinical data including, without limitation, pharmacological, pharmacokinetic, pharmaceutical development and toxicological data, on the Product (including placebo), including any of the foregoing arising from post registration studies, that is generated at any time during the Term of this Agreement by or for either Party and their Affiliates or any of Rhythm’s licensees or sub-licensees.
Development Data has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10(a).
Development Data means (i) all Data from clinical trials of the Product; and (ii) all research Data, preclinical Data, manufacturing Data and other information, together with all reports, analyses and summaries on or of such Data, in each case that are generated by or under authority of a Party either under the Development Program (as defined in the Original Agreement) or by Array with respect to Varlitinib or a Product prior to the effective date of the Original Agreement. For such purposes, “Development Data” shall include (1) raw Data, study protocols, study results, analytical methodologies, manufacturing processes, materials lists, batch records, vendor information, validation documentation, and the like, and (2) expert opinions, analyses, reports and the like, relating to the Data, including in each case electronic information and databases embodying such Data.
Development Data means data resulting from Development activity being Pre-clinical Research or clinical studies.
Development Data means all non-clinical and clinical data (including raw data, analyses and reports), including pharmacological, pharmaceutical, pharmacokinetic and toxicological data, relating to either API or Product that is Controlled at any time during the term of this Agreement by either Party or their Affiliates, including all such data generated by a CRO for a Party.
Development Data means all Preclinical, Non-Clinical and Clinical Trial data, results and reports and CMC Data, including pharmacological, pharmacokinetic and toxicological data, related to the Product or generated in the development of the Product (including the Active Agent and/or excipients included therein). For clarity, “Development Data” shall include Data (as defined in the Feasibility Agreement).
Development Data means: (i) CMC Development data (including records of Manufactured batches); (ii) any non-clinical or clinical findings, results and other research data relating to the Products, in any format; and (iii) the formal reports of preclinical toxicology studies and Clinical Studies, such data in each case of (i), (ii) and (iii) required for the Development, Manufacture and Commercialization of the Products, including but not limited to, INDs and other regulatory filings and registration dossiers.
