Development of the Project definition

Development of the Project or the "Project" used in this Agreement mean the mining project referred to as "The Catanava Block" constituted within the Mining Concessions and the rights derived from the applications for said Mining Concessions, all of which are located in the Municipality of Pinos, State of Zacatecas, Mexico, for which a location diagram of the Mining Concessions is attached hereto as Exhibit B. The Parties agree that the MAJORITY SHAREHOLDER shall be the operator (the "Operator") of the Development of the Project, responsible for the daily management of the administrative, managerial, and technical operations of the Project. If CAN-CAL is the MAJORITY SHAREHOLDER of NEWCO, it shall have the right to appoint SIERRA MADRE, or any other wholly owned subsidiary or legal entity in which it has more than a 50% (fifty percent) equity interest, as Operator.

Examples of Development of the Project in a sentence

  • Development of the Project must comply with the National Environmental Policy Act and the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, which require environmental clearance of federal-aid projects.

  • Development of the Project and use of the Property shall be governed by this Agreement, the Town’s Comprehensive Plan, the Town’s Land Development Code (“LDC”) and Code of Ordinances (“Town Code”), and all other applicable state laws and regulations and Town ordinances and rules.

  • Development of the Project shall be in accordance with the Town’s Vested Laws, the Town’s Future Laws (only to the extent that these are applicable as otherwise specified in this MDA), and this MDA.

  • Development of the Project Highway shall include design and construction of the Project Highway as described in this Schedule-B and in Schedule-C.

  • Extensions will not be granted for: (1) delays of three days or less, or (2) for non-controlling delays to minor portions of the Project, or (3) for delays due to the Owner’s inability to obtain financing with respect to the Development of the Project.

  • Development of the Project requires a major investment by Developer in public facilities, substantial front-end investment in on-site and off-site improvements, major dedications of land for public purposes and benefit, and substantial commitment of Developer’s resources to achieve the public purposes and benefits of the Project for its future residents and for City.

  • Development of the Project in accordance with this Development Agreement will provide for the orderly development of the Property in accordance with the objectives set forth in the General Plan.

  • The parties desire to retain a certain degree of flexibility with respect to the details of the Development of the Project and with respect to those items covered in general terms under this Development Agreement.

  • The Parties anticipate that the following local Development Permits and other regulatory permits will be needed to complete the Development of the Project: Site Plan approval, plat approvals (preliminary or final), street, water, sewer and stormwater construction drawing approval, building permits, certificates of compliance, Union County water and sewer permits, and stormwater control measure agreements.

  • Development of the Project shall include construction of the Project as described in this Schedule-B and in Schedule-C.
