Development Operation definition

Development Operation means any operation conducted pursuant to any Applicable Operating Agreement or an Area-Wide Operation conducted pursuant to this Agreement.
Development Operation means any operation with respect to the Subject Assets or lands pooled thereunder conducted pursuant to any Applicable Operating Agreement.
Development Operation means any operation conducted pursuant to the Subject Assets, including operations to construct and maintain infra-structure and facilities in order to transport the Hydrocarbons produced from any ▇▇▇▇▇ part of the Subject Assets to the sales point.

Examples of Development Operation in a sentence

  • Approval of a Development Operation shall cover all necessary expenditures associated with the operation proposed in the AFE or notice that are incurred by Operator in connection with (a) preparations for drilling; (b) the actual drilling; (c) evaluations, such as testing, coring, and logging; and (d) plugging and abandonment, subject to any limitation that may exist as provided under Article 8 above.

  • A Party may propose a Development Operation in accordance with Article 9 (Notices) to the other Parties who are entitled to vote or make an election in regard to that operation.

  • Any of the Participating Parties in the subsequent Development Operation, Recompletion, or Workover that resulted in the most recent Hydrocarbon production from a Development Well may propose a Recompletion in or Workover of that Development Well.

  • A proposal to complete an Exploratory Well that has been temporarily abandoned under clause (g) shall be deemed a Development Operation proposal.

  • When a Development Operation is proposed, a Party may, within ten (10) days after receipt of the AFE or notice for the original proposal, make a counterproposal to conduct an alternative Development Operation by sending an AFE or notice to such Parties in accordance with Article 9 (Notices).

  • Any such Development Operation proposed by a third party in which all Development Parties elect to participate shall automatically be added to the Development Work Program and the applicable approved Annual Work Program and Budget(s).

  • Any such Development Operation in which less than all of the Development Parties elect to participate that may be undertaken as a Sole Risk Development Operation under the terms of the relevant Applicable Operating Agreement may be so proposed and conducted.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, a Party Operator shall conduct each Sole Risk Development Operation conducted pursuant to the Joint Development Operating Agreement for which it is operator on behalf of all of the parties participating in such operation, unless otherwise agreed by such participating parties in accordance with the terms of such Joint Development Operating Agreement.

  • The Party Operator or Joint Development Operator shall promptly notify the Parties if the operation has been rejected, and, subject to Section 4.4(f), any Development Party may thereafter conduct the operation as a Sole Risk Development Operation under the terms of the Applicable Operating Agreement.

  • Any such Non-Budgeted Operation in which less than all of the Development Parties elect to participate (i) that may be undertaken as a Sole Risk Development Operation under the terms of the relevant Applicable Operating Agreement or (ii) that is an Area-Wide Operation may be proposed and conducted as a Sole Risk Development Operation.


More Definitions of Development Operation

Development Operation has the meaning given to it in the Joint Development Agreement.
Development Operation means any activity related to the Properties, the purpose of which is to exploit or delineate a known accumulation of Petroleum Substances, including, without limitation:
Development Operation means the activity, operations, or work of preparing for the removal of deposits of gold from the mining properties, including EXHIBIT 10.57 without limitation: primary excavations required to expose and/or extract gold bearing ores, the construction or installation of any improvements to be used for the mining or handling of ores, and incline, raise, drift, shaft and cross-cut excavation.

Development Operation means any Drilling Operation, Facilities Development Operation, G&G Operation, Recompleting Operation or Reworking Operation.

Related to Development Operation

  • Development Operations means operations carried out for or in connection with the development of a mine and includes -

  • joint operation means 2 or more joint holders must authorise any withdrawal, payment or transfer from the account (including a direct debit)

  • Joint Operations means all operations necessary or proper for the development, operation, protection and maintenance of the Joint Property.
