Development Opportunities definition

Development Opportunities means any regional retail shopping center developments and opportunities (through contract, option, or other rights) to develop, redevelop, or expand regional retail shopping centers, including in all such cases Peripheral Property in respect thereof, in which the Partnership has a Direct or Indirect ownership interest and which is not yet a Regional Center. Reference to a Development Opportunity includes any one of the Development Opportunities.
Development Opportunities shall have the meaning provided in Section 1.1(k).
Development Opportunities means the development opportunities held by TRG (other than those specifically excluded under the TRG Partnership Agreement), and any other regional retail shopping center developments and opportunities (through contract, option, or other rights) to develop regional retail shopping centers, including in all such cases Peripheral Property in respect thereof, in which TRG has a Direct or Indirect ownership interest and which is not yet a Regional Center. More Definitions of Development Opportunities

Development Opportunities means the development opportunities described on Schedule A attached hereto, and any other regional retail shopping center developments and opportunities (through contract, option or other rights), except those Development Opportunities set forth on Schedule B attached hereto that are specifically excluded from contribution to Owner by AAT Affiliates, to develop regional retail shopping centers, including in all such cases any Peripheral Property in respect thereof, in which Owner has a Direct or Indirect ownership interest and which is not a Regional Center. Development Opportunities shall also include (i) any redevelopment or expansion of a Regional Center and (ii) any major reconstruction, repair, renovation or other major capital expenditure program which is considered to be a Development Opportunity pursuant to Section 3.4(3) hereof. Reference to a Development Opportunity includes any one of the Development Opportunities.

Related to Development Opportunities

  • Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.

  • Non-Regulatory Opportunity Cost means the difference between (a) the forecasted cost to operate a specific generating unit when the unit only has a limited number of starts or available run hours resulting from (i) the physical equipment limitations of the unit, for up to one year, due to original equipment manufacturer recommendations or insurance carrier restrictions, (ii) a fuel supply limitation, for up to one year, resulting from an event of Catastrophic Force Majeure; and,
