Development Permits definition

Development Permits means a document authorizing a development issued pursuant to this Land Use Bylaw;
Development Permits is defined in Section 13.5(A)(iii).
Development Permits means the development permits for the Building, together with all amendments, modifications or replacements thereof, and all plans, drawings and specifications related thereto, which are approved by the City;

Examples of Development Permits in a sentence

  • The Parties anticipate that the following local Development Permits and other regulatory permits will be needed to complete the Development of the Project: Site Plan approval, plat approvals (preliminary or final), street, water, sewer and stormwater construction drawing approval, building permits, certificates of compliance, Union County water and sewer permits, and stormwater control measure agreements.

  • The Parties anticipate that the following local Development Permits and other regulatory permits will be needed to complete the Development of the Project: Zoning permits, land development permits, street, water, sewer and stormwater construction drawing approval, building permits, certificates of compliance, Union County water and sewer permits, and stormwater control measure agreements.

  • The Zoning Administrator will review all the required Development Permits, Development Permit Approvals, Zoning Reviews and full administration of the Zoning Ordinance.

  • Nothing contained in this Agreement shall entitle the Developer to compel the City to take any such actions, save and except the consents, if applicable, to the filing of such applications for Development Permits or Development Orders, as more fully set forth herein, and to timely process such applications.

  • The City shall have the right to impose reasonable conditions in connection with such subsequent discretionary permit actions which are not deemed Ministerial Approvals, but such conditions and actions shall not prevent development of the Project as contemplated by this Agreement and the Development Permits.


More Definitions of Development Permits

Development Permits means County permits and/or approvals including, but not limited to, the site development plan, flood plain permit, land alteration permit, final subdivision plan and building permits.
Development Permits means any development permits to be applied for and obtained in order to develop the Project.
Development Permits means all necessary or useful licenses, certifications, permits and operating approvals for the design, development or construction of the Program Facility that are required on or prior to the Opening Date.
Development Permits as used herein shall mean all approvals that must be officially issued or rendered by any governmental authority having jurisdiction over the Property before Buyer can lawfully begin construction of the Subdivision Improvements, including without limitation, all
Development Permits shall include any conditional use permit, site plan, grading permit, foundation permit, construction permit, building permit or other permit type as may be necessary pursuant to Chapter 4 of the Specific Plan and/or the City Code.
Development Permits means permit applications requiring review, including but not limited to subdivision permits, binding site plan approvals, planned unit developments, special use permits, variances, shoreline substantial development permits, and conditional use permits.
Development Permits shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5.
