Development Policies definition

Development Policies means the policies, procedures and practices for the development of the Computer Systems in the forms initialled for the purposes of identification as at 29th November, 1991 by or on behalf of the Executive Committee and the Settlement System Administrator, as the same have been or may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement;
Development Policies means the Stage 1 Development Policies or, as the case may be, the Stage 2 Development Policies;
