Development Protocol definition

Development Protocol means the development protocol outlining the design, development, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of Unit 2 as set forth in Schedule 3.1(a) to the Facility Lease.

Related to Development Protocol

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
