Development Specification definition

Development Specification means a written presentation prepared by Developer and accepted in writing by Mototech, specifically identifying the requirements of the Final Release of the Product, including without limitation a detailed description of the features, functions and performance requirements of the Product and the Test Plan for the Product.
Development Specification means the development specification submitted to the Council with the Application a copy of which specification is annexed hereto at Appendix 2;
