Development Unit definition

Development Unit means the maximum area of a pool which may be drained efficiently and economically by one well.
Development Unit means a structure or a portion of a structure or a particular use of property that is listed on Exhibit “A”.
Development Unit means the larger of a) the Drilling Unit or b) the unit voluntarily pooled, for the drilling of a single well.

More Definitions of Development Unit

Development Unit is defined on Exhibit "C" to this Agreement. Moreover, only the opening of a new Burger King Restaurant in one of the forms set forth on Exhibit "C" hereto will be applied against the Developer's obligations under this Article III. The purchase of existing Burger King Restaurants will not count against the Developer's development obligations under this Article III.
